Saturday Night Menu served with Wine or Beer?

I was researching to find out what wine to serve with my dinner and I found an article named "How to Choose a Wine With Dinner" by By William D. Gardlock,

He suggests some simple and straightforward explanation to pairing wine with dinner. According with his article the most important  is essential to stay consistent with the entire menu, keep in the same line of food for the entire menu so you do not need to have different wines to match any of the foods.
Keep in mind that:
Red and white wines are the wines typically used for dinners. Other wines include champagne, which is often consumed during celebrations when food is not being served, and a rose wine (pronounced ROH-ZAY), which is a light wine for casual summer days.

Choose a white wine when you're having a light dinner, consisting of pasta with light sauces like olive oil and garlic, chicken or turkey dishes, fish and vegetarian dishes. Good wines to try are Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
Choose a red wine when you're having a heavier meal, consisting of pork, lamb, or red meat, or pasta with hearty tomato sauce. Good wine choices for these dishes are Pinot Noir, Burgundy and Merlot.
If you're having a very heavy meal, such as game meats like venison, duck, or rabbit, the best choice is a full wine, such as cabernet sauvignon or syrahs.

But waht I really wanted to know was if it was wine or beer what goes better with pizza. According to Jim Clark, author of Beer and Pizza, and the begining of Pizza Pairing,
"The idea that certain wines go well with certain foods is an old one – even teetotalers know the “red with meat, white with fish” cliché. Beer’s place at the table is less codified, and beer drinkers can be reluctant to explore food pairing – why ruin beer by creating a lot of rules? After all, one of the most stifling things about enjoying wine is the old-fashioned, hoity-toity sense that some authority will come along, judge your wine choice, and find it lacking.  Beer drinkers are wise to avoid that, and the wine world has had to work hard free itself from that snobbery (a work in progress, at least)."
If you are really woried about the election I recommend you to read about this at:

But in conclusion I must say that the rule is that there are no rules, your taste will decide what you like and no matter what people say you will enjoy only what you really like.

For this week end we suggest a "Tango a la Chile Pizza"  with Beer or Wine and Caramel cheese cake for dessert.
Enjoy and have fun ! See you next Saturday.

Friday evening, dinner party ideas

I was thinking what people do on Friday evenings and  an informal dinner party came to my mind.
After a long week of work, a simple Friday night  dinner party is a good way to start the week end.
Searching the web I found a web page with nice ideas for Friday dinner parties.
"Friday night is the perfect time to pull out your casual dinner party ideas. Everyone is glad it’s the end of the week and nobody expects gourmet. In fact they probably prefer to come over, kick off their shoes, pour a glass of wine and gather round as you pull together easy dinner party ideas." says the unknown writer
I would suggest an easy menu thinking on what the guess and you like like and will be the easier for you after a long day of work.
Take your shoes off, have a relaxing bath, choose a good music that let you rest and put hands at work.
Order some appetizers from the local store like garlic bread and marinara sauce.
Choose your favorite pizza and one that your guest will enjoy if you know which one is his/her favorite.

Add a personal touch displaying olives, artichokes and a salad to add to your pizza or order a pizza salad. (Don't forget the dressing)
Choose a nice tray to place the pizzas and some matching plates to serve it. Place forks and knives on one the right side of the plates to have everything close at the moment to enjoy your dinner.

Check your refrigerator for a cold white wine, a good beer or a room temperature red wine. Think twice before you choose. Pizza, Calzone or Stromobli are Italian specialties and they all combine with red wine, a wine with good body may match with the dinner but the personal taste is the key. No matter how well the red wine fits  the pizza, your guest is who you want to impress and make feel welcome and comfortable so keep some beer and a bottle of white wine in the refrigerator just in case.
Check your cupboard for the correct glasses and find a small table where to set the informal table. Place mats will be the best choice, keep it simple but take care of gathering several candles of different sizes to illuminate and to decorate the table. Don't forget the napkins
Don't forget the dessert, mint ice-cream with chocolate or lemon may be a good cool end for this Friday night party but for those vanilla lovers add some strawberries and the dinner will be completed .

Let's introduce Tango BIP

Well... here we are. What can I tell you about us? I'm sure you are curious about our name. "Tango BIP" what B I P means. So let's start just there.
Why Tango? Is it dance academy ?
No, not at all. We came to USA from Argentina in 2001, we were in business before now with a bakery at Four corners area in Davenport, Florida; after being in business for 5 years, we took a break but we decided to come back to business with a new project. When trying to find a name for our store, something  that would be able to identify us, we choose our traditional dancing " Tango".
Now what BIP means? Normally people think about VIP but we are BIP. that means, Bakery, Ice Cream and Pizza.
So, that is what we are, an eatery specialized in breads, pastries, desserts, ice-cream, and completed with a variety of Pizzas.
We are located at 25924 County Road 561, Astatula Fl 34705 Florida, USA.
Astatula is a small peaceful city 11 miles from Clermont and 3 miles from Tavares, It is a nice place to live and it was really in need of a store like oursTango.

We had a wonderful welcome in the area. We try to make the best we can to give our customer good quality products bringing  new choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We are opened from Monday to Friday from 7am to 9 pm , Saturday from 10 am to 10 pm. Sundays 1 pm to 9 pm.
Our favorite imagine is a couple of tango dancers, they represent our culture and gave us the idea to choose our colors (red, white and black)
The goal for this blog is to start a fluid communication between our customers and readers. Talk about things that may interest the reader and we enjoy sharing.
So Let's say this is a fresh and tasty idea and we hope you like our blog.
Welcome to our blog
It's Tango Baby!
